Two well-known Jewish ‘historians’ in Poland — whose specialty is pro-Holocaust propaganda — are being sued in court for defamation over their published hearsay claim that the late mayor of a town near Warsaw who saved one Jewish woman during World War II also collaborated with the German army and led to the alleged murder of 22 Jews:
Jan Grabowski and Barbara Engelking were sued last year in civil court by a niece of the mayor for what they wrote about him on their 2018 book “Night Without an End,” about Polish collaboration. Their trial opened on Jan. 12, the OKO news site reported Saturday.
The late mayor, Edward Malinowski, was acquitted in a trial after World War II of collaborating with Nazis in the town of Malinowo, which he headed and which is located about 70 miles northwest of Warsaw.
During the trial, the issue of the 22 murdered Jews arose. But a Jewish woman he saved, allegedly in exchange for payment, Estera Siemiatycka, testified in favor of the mayor, and he was acquitted.
In their book, Grabowski and Engelking revisit those charges, writing that in 1944, “It was said in the village that a group of 22 Jews was hiding in a nearby forest, had been betrayed by Poles and murdered by the Germans. It was said that the mayor of Malinowski was involved in this.“
Asked by OKO whether it was certain that the mayor was involved in the murders, Engelking said it was not certain. “I didn’t write that I thought he had betrayed the Jews. I reported on the witness’s opinion,” she said.
Engelking added: “I think that despite the fact that she [Siemiatycka] had a bad opinion of him [Malinowski], she wanted to do him a favor and show her gratitude for saving her life.”
In subsequent testimonies, Siemiatycka said the person responsible for betraying 22 local Jews to the Nazis was a gamekeeper from a nearby village, who was killed, reportedly by partisans, TVP reported. Her testimony was corroborated by several witnesses, including Jewish ones, the news organization also reported.
In 2019, the Polish parliament passed a law that makes it illegal for to blame the Polish nation for Nazi crimes and exposes those who do to civil lawsuits. Critics of this law, including the Yad Vashem museum in Israel, said it risks stifling historic research into World War II in Poland.
Malinowski’s niece, Filomena Leszczyńska, filed suit under the new law. She is demanding compensation of about $26,000. A ruling is expected next month.

But this is all very rich — the Yad Vashem museum is concerned that this Polish law against defamation “stifles” historic research into World War II — yet the draconian laws against questioning any historical aspect of the so-called Holocaust™ doesn’t stifle anybody — especially those who go to prison for raising legitimate scholarly objections.

WW2 had nothing to do with the invasion of Poland. WW1 had nothing to do with the assassination of Arch Duke Ferdinand. And I could go on.
All because of lies. All those millions upon millions of people who have been murdered because of them. And the billions of people whose lives have been displaced, nations ruined, cultures destroyed, refugees who create civil conflict in the lands they move to. All of this because God’s commandment was broken: “Thou shalt not bear false witness”.

As for OSAS (Once Saved Always Saved?) I actually didn’t know what that was, until I looked it up on the internet after your post. I’ve always kept myself to myself. I’ve never bothered with churches/denominations. I simply read the bible and understand the teachings of Christ and whom I am in relation.
Westwins, I’m sorry to what’s happened to you and your family. As for me, well, I have 3 sisters and a brother. I don’t speak to any of them, other than my brother. My mother is alive, but we don’t get on. She’s ignored me all my life and tries to make up for it with birthday and Christmas presents. She thinks that she can make up ignoring me 363 days of the year with 2 days of a card, money and/or presents. My father was worse. He just ignored me all my life until I left home. I don’t have the time, nor would I air my dirty laundry for all to see, but let’s just say that my mother’s marriage to my father should never have been for many reasons and as a result, like my OP, has had a terrible butterfly effect on the rest of the family.
And Christ is King, while I was in London, I worked on the doors. In one bar I worked there were two Serbians, both ex special forces (I know working in a bar) but they told me stories and the many lies of what happened. It was harrowing but I was lucky to get the truth. They told me how Muslims would spit on the Christian women and always causing trouble. The Serbs had enough. They fought back and the west, fought against them, as they did Hitler and allowed the creation of an Islamic state within the heart of Europe. What was worse was, the majority of Europeans/westerners have no idea of history and that it was Serbia and other eastern European nations who sacrificed their own, fighting against the Ottomans, effectively the shield to the rest of the west.
And to both, the main reason I don’t speak to my sisters is one’s a journalist and a communist, the others a brain dead liberal and the other’s a liar. In fact all three are, because they won’t see the truth. My brother is awake. He knows what’s going on, but he’s far away from me, in another country with his family.

I shall read further into it but from my understanding, OSAS are people who think that once they accept Jesus, regardless of their actions thereafter, will always be forgiven. They are the epitome of everything wrong with people who believe themselves to be Christian.

Strange , the things jew historians forget. Interesting 22 instead of 22,000. Could it be they were hiding from the reprisals of the Germans when they found and were enraged by the 1000’s of Germans murdered in Poland, an unwritten fact eminent for its absence in jew literature , which provoked the offensive.

This is what Ari was replying to, as am I. In your post you have agreed to the lie that there was a mass extermination of Jews, by the Germans in WW2. You went on in your post to give figures showing that there were far more people killed, under communism, than there were in the holocaust. In fact, camp ledgers, in Auschwitz, put the total number of deaths, within at some 70,000 people. The Russians have those ledgers, all meticulously documenting every birth and death within the camp.
The International Red Cross (IRC), who traveled to the camps, with food parcels and medicine documented the total numbers of dead within all camps and their figure was around 270,000, of which they stated around 50% of the deaths were Jewish. So the total number of dead Jews, from the camps, was around 135,000.
That’s a hell of a lot less than the 6million lie.
More so, the Jews, within, died from natural causes, starvation and typhus, courtesy of the allied forces bombing supply lines. So one can easily attribute the deaths, of those within, to the allies. Yet another war crime committed by the allied forces, of the many, hidden from history courtesy of the Nuremberg kangaroo court.
Yes, the numbers of dead were horrific, under the various communist regimes across this world, but do not think, for one minute that you can promote the lie of a holocaust of Jews. It’s basic HTML formatting. So to italicize something all you need to do is use the italic tag. Open the tag with ”. Then type what you want to be italicized and then close it, using exactly the same but with an ‘/’ before ‘i’.

Jack, you arrogantly waltzed in here and basically claimed that anyone who didn’t believe in the official Holocaust narrative was not only “wrong thinking” but also could not be “God fearing” by your standard. I took issue with that. It’s a dishonest debating strategy called “poisoning the well”. You essentially claim, “Only an insane drooling idiot would disagree with me.” This tactic can go nowhere.

I used the term holocaust as I cannot think of any other word to describe it. You wrongly have me down as some sort of apologist and supporter of Jewry – you could not be more wrong. Having only come across Christians for truth recently it is sometimes difficult and dangerous to gauge opinion and to find out the temperature of some groups.
I am a Roman Catholic and an ex Seminarian before I went to serve my country in the Navy. As a youth I had 3 uncles who were in the building trade – very successful until they became a thorn in the side of Yorkshire Jewry. In Leeds UK if you do not know the right people on the councils you are unlikely to be invited to tender for high value projects. The reason being the ones who wield the power and award the high value contracts to are Jews. In Manchester and Leeds the Jews are very powerful – majority Hassidic and ultra orthodox. The largest proportion of the judiciary and local bench magistrates are Jews. The largest owners of private housing in my City are Jews. They are never blocked on local council planning – and have created some major eyesores in my City – because they can.
My original point still stands – I was being cautious in choosing my words – having an alternative opinion to the Jewish narrative of the holocaust can get you in trouble, even get you jail time.
My original post was clumsy – for a good reason. My point was the hundreds of millions who have died by the hands of real despots do not get the same press that the story the Jews tell of their version of their “suffering”. World Jewry still pulls the strings of the financial world, judiciary, lawyers, solicitors, Barristers, property and generic “business”. I have sufficient personal reasons to dislike Jews and their business methods. One of my Uncles (a hard working builder with never a harsh word for anyone) once told me the problem with Adolf is that he never got all of them.

King Leopold and his Belgian colonists did not intentionally murder anyone. The so-called ‘genocide’ in the Congo is part of the Marxist anti-colonial Jewish narrative. Did Congolese die under their forced labor of the the colonial occupiers? Yes. The average life span in the Congo was less than 40 years anyway, and if any of them died under Belgian rule, they were falsely called “murder” victims.

Should we ever regain control over our country again, we enact laws that do two things: 1) Makes slander and liable criminal offenses, rather than merely civil ones. Thus our collective resources as placed in the government can be brought to bear, rather than burden the victim with the task (and cost) of prosecuting. There are many countries that already have such laws. 2) Include in that the concept of “group libel”, such that defamation of a group, such as the Germans as a whole, is prosecutable, and does not require the libeler to name a specific person in their libel. Again, other countries have such “group libel” in their law codes.
Americans who are indoctrinated with the jewish spirit of “you should be able to do and say anything you want to” may have a problem grasping the rightness of this, but shake off our jew/liberatarian/anti-authority programming long enough to see the the value is every single jew liar defaming the Germans with their nonsense atrocity tales would go to prison over it because they would be unable to prove their claims in a court. In contrast, those of us making claims about jews as a group would not, because we actually have evidence for our claims and thus not being false, it is not libel.
