Here we present Sheldon Emry’s discussion of the prophet Malachi who foresaw how today’s End Times “Judeo-Christian” ministers would not only preach a false, unbiblical Jesus but also encourage Christians to worship and strengthen the anti-Christ Jews from virtually every pulpit in America:
Sheldon Emry’s commentary:
There is a God-given purpose for this prophet being right at the end of the Old Testament. God, in His infinite wisdom would have known that the end of this age would be marked by a high percentage of professing priests of the most-high God claiming to be New Testament Christians and dividing this Bible and using it only from after the last pages of the Old Testament and on.
God saw some way that Malachi ended up at the very end with his message that individual Christians and perhaps even ministers themselves in turning back to the first of Matthew might mistakenly turn a few pages back and read some of Malachi. We are going to find that some of Malachi’s prophecies and admonitions are directed to ministers. And it’s the last message in the Old Testament.
Turn to the end of it first to establish that it is an End Times prophecy — so that we understand that he is talking about our day and our age, as God speaks to Israel through this prophet.
Malachi 4:5
Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: 6And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
And any student who understands the phraseology “the dreadful day of the Lord” would know that’s the End Time when God moves upon Israel to bring this age to a close. He’s speaking of something that he’d do just before that, and therefore we have reason to believe that Malachi is speaking to the priests and ministers in End Time Israel — those in our day and age.
1 The burden of the word of the LORD to Israel by Malachi.
Now that word “burden” is a Hebrew term that means a message or prophecy, according to Strong, which can mean an “utterance of doom”. So it’s a warning from God — a heavy load on the prophet for what he has to bring.
2 I have loved you, saith the LORD.
There are millions of Israelites in the United States and other Israelite nations who have simply never grasped the enormity of this central truth of the Bible: “God loves you people of Israel.” Part of that reason, of course, is not knowing that they are Israelites. When they read about God loving Israel, they assume that God love the people because they think the Jews are Israel. And their minister told them so. But the very basis and foundation of what we are going to read in the prophet Malachi, God lays the foundation in the words to Israel, as it says in verse one.
Then we will have to accept and agree that everything God says from here on — and everything He is going to do from here on — is predicated on God’s love for Israel:
Yet ye say, Wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob’s brother? saith the LORD: yet I loved Jacob, 3And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.
The next thing we read is that God chose Jacob over Esau. And, in fact, Esau is destined for doom and destruction. So this “burden” that Malachi has may be for chastisement of Israel, and the destruction of Esau-Edom. God did not chose Esau:
4Whereas Edom saith, We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate places; thus saith the LORD of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down;
Encompassed in that verse is what we see in Esau-Edom — in Jewry — going back and rebuilding Old Palestine. In order to prove to the world that they are Israel — rather than being Esau-Edom — they are going to attempt to rebuild Old Israel in Old Israel’s place, and then say to the world, “See, we must be Israel because we’re back in Israel’s land, and we’re rebuilding.”
This fits the End of the Age — this present time — because that is what Esau-Edom is doing. He’s gone back to the desolate or abandoned places. And he says, “We will return and build the desolate places.” They shall build — in other words, they will build a nation, and cities and farms — “but I will throw down.”
…and they shall call them, The border of wickedness,
The term “border” is used in the scripture in relation to the border of the priest’s garment, which was in blue, which signified the Law. So the “border of righteousness” was the blue hem of the priest’s garment. The “border of wickedness” is the tearing off of the priest’s garment. Samuel tore off Saul’s garment — the blue hem which was God’s law — and told them that his kingdom had been taken from him.
So they’ll be called the “border of wickedness” and the people “against whom the Lord hath indignation forever.” Before God gives his message to Israel here, he established with the reader that Esau-Edom was not chosen of God — Israel was — they are loved of God — and Esau-Edom is destined for doom and destruction.
5And your eyes shall see, and ye shall say, The LORD will be magnified from the border of Israel.
God will be magnified throughout all the earth from Israel. Esau-Edom will be destroyed, but something will magnify God in Israel:
6 A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name.
He’s talking to the priests and asks them, “Why do you honor your worldly fathers but not me?” This has always been Israel’s sin. Israel has honored her captors and their false gods — and everything but her one true Father and her one true Master. God always did keep a remnant who did honor him, but Israel, generally, has been turned away — and they honor the things of the world. He is speaking to old priests “who despise my name.”
Some of the people who preach we should use the term “Yahweh” or “Yashua” for Jesus will use passages like this to say, yes, it’s true — everybody despises His name and uses this false name “Jesus Christ”. Read the rest of this — He accuses them of despising his name, and then God has them ask, “Wherein have we despised thy name?” And notice the answer isn’t that they used the wrong name for God — the answer is “Ye offered polluted bread upon my altar and ye say wherein have we polluted thee?” And He answers that question, “In that ye say the table of the Lord is contemptible.”
He’s referring here to the table that would have been in the tabernacle which is called the “table of the Lord” that had all of the instruments of worship — and it had the offerings — and it was called the “table of show bread” because of the bread on it along with the other offerings.
What is it that these priests are doing in despising His name, by offering polluted bread, and by calling the Table of the Lord “contemptible”?
John 6:28
28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. 30 They said therefore unto him, What sign shewest thou then, that we may see, and believe thee? what dost thou work? 31 Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat. 32 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. 33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. 34 Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. 35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
John 6: 48-51
48 I am that bread of life. 49 Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. 50 This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die. 51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
Jesus is explaining that he is the bread and — as that bread come down from heaven — He will be the “show bread”, the offering for the life of the world. He will be the sacrifice. And He calls himself “the bread”.
In Malachi 1:7, God is accusing them of despising by offering polluted bread “upon mine altar”. We’ve seen that Jesus Christ is the “bread offering” that was to be given for the life of the world. So Jesus is the bread offering.
What kind of “polluted bread” would the Israel priests be offering in the End of the Age — Malachi being an End of the Age prophecy. It would be of the time after Jesus was offered as the “show bread” or the bread sacrifice. Would it be some sort of real bread with some sort of foreign ingredient? Or would it be a “polluted” Jesus? If would have to be to fulfill what we are talking about here. “Ye offer polluted bread upon my altar.” You offer a Jesus that is not the Jesus of the Bible as the sacrifice.
The Jesus of the New Testament does not match the Jesus claimed by many priests in modern Israel as their “bread of life” — their bread offered for the sins of the world. They are offering a different Jesus, a polluted one. Their Jesus, in many cases, promises and prophecies things which the Jesus of the Christian Bible never promised or prophesied.
And this is the accusation — and notice this is not the accusation against the people — it’s the accusation against the priests — the ones who in the Old Testament ritual offered the sacrifice for the people.
Malachi 1:7
…and ye say, Wherein have we polluted thee?
Notice Malachi confirms what I just stated — it is God — it is Jesus — whom they have polluted. And then God shows how they have polluted the bread by saying the table of the Lord is contemptible.
They claim Jesus as a sacrifice who is, in effect, a blind God.
Malachi 1:8
8 And if ye offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil?
Their Jesus is apparently a blind Jesus since their Jesus does not see what is even going on in the world today — nor the prophecies of the events to come. Their Jesus claims he’s going to snatch them off to heaven before some “great tribulation”. Now the Jesus in the Bible does not promise or prophecise that — therefore, their Jesus is blind. And they are offering a blind sacrifice.
…and if ye offer the lame and sick, is it not evil?
Their Jesus cannot do what the Jesus of the Bible can do. They hold out no hope for Jesus setting this world in order and bringing his kingdom here. In fact, the Roman Catholic Church has Jesus never ruling over the earth but ruling over a far off heaven with most of his creation of man being ruled over by satan or the devil in a burning hell. That’s their Jesus. He’s not only blind, but he’s lame and he’s sick. He’s unable to accomplish what Jesus, who is our bread sacrifice, can accomplish.
…offer it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee, or accept thy person? saith the LORD of hosts.
You go try to offer a counterfeit offering to the governor — have you ever tried to pay your taxes with counterfeit money? You won’t even try that, but you’ll offer a polluted Jesus to the God of the universe. Just think of the condemnation here:
9And now, I pray you, beseech God that he will be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he regard your persons? saith the LORD of hosts. 10Who is there even among you that would shut the doors for nought? neither do ye kindle fire on mine altar for nought.
Even today, we have 300,000 professing priests of God who call themselves “ministers” in America alone who build the fires, and make the offerings, and go through the rituals, and God says, “Will you do it for nought?” And that’s what they are doing it for — nothing. It accomplished nothing:
I have no pleasure in you, saith the LORD of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.
God will not accept this false, counterfeit, polluted Jesus that they keep bringing back to the altar.
11 For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles [nations].
God’s name would not be great if he accepted a false offering.
…and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering
Why would God accept their polluted offering now when he knows — because of his own covenant and his own word — he will receive a pure offering at the end of this age? That’s why prayers are not being answered. That’s why corruption is proceeding apace. That’s why the enemy is growing stronger and stronger against God’s Israel people. Because the offerings and the prayers they offer are not acceptable unto God. They have polluted it. So God says, “I’ll wait. I won’t take this because I am going to receive a pure offering.”
12But ye have profaned it, in that ye say, The table of the LORD is polluted; and the fruit thereof, even his meat, is contemptible.
He is accusing the priests of saying the meat offering on the table is contemptible. What is this meat that they are claiming is contemptible?
John 4
31 In the mean while his disciples prayed him, saying, Master, eat. 32 But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of. 33 Therefore said the disciples one to another, Hath any man brought him ought to eat? 34 Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
So this meat — the true meat — is to do God’s will.
Hebrews 5
12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. 13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. 14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Strong meat is for strong Christians so that they can tell the difference between right and wrong — which would give them the ability to do God’s will. So the meat offering is doing the will of God or discerning the difference between right and wrong. God’s law is the only source we have of telling us what is right and what is wrong.
And they say the table of the Lord is contemptible and the fruit thereof — the meat — is contemptible. There is no greater contempt for God’s word than a minister who will tell his people that this Law has all been put away.
The anti-Christs know better than to read God’s word and say, “That’s foolish.” Instead they come along and teach the that law’s been “put away” — it’s not for us — it’s for the Jews — don’t read that — it’s contemptible.
That’s exactly what they are doing in this, the end of the age. They have placed on the table in the tabernacle a polluted and fraudulent Jesus, and then they turn around and also teach to our people that the meat of God — or the desire to do his will and study his law of right and wrong — is not for us — it’s contemptible.
And when you try to teach someone biblical law, what does that minister tell you? “If you try to teach the law, then you are denying Jesus.” You’re denying his Jesus — he’s right in his accusation. You are denying his Jesus — his polluted counterfeit sacrifice. And you are upholding the Jesus who said, “If you love me, keep my commandments.”
Malachi 13
13 Ye said also, Behold, what a weariness is it! and ye have snuffed at it, saith the LORD of hosts;
You know what that phrase means — “snuffed at it”? It means turned your nose up at it.
…and ye brought that which was torn, and the lame, and the sick; thus ye brought an offering: should I accept this of your hand? saith the LORD.
You brought a false Jesus and false doctrine, and false ministers, and false churches — everything you brought you claimed to be a true sacrifice, and it wasn’t, and God says, “I won’t take it.”
14 But cursed be the deceiver, which hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the Lord a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, saith the LORD of hosts, and my name is dreadful among the heathen.
Those priests have the true sacrifice according to the truth they carry about in their hand, but they won’t offer that to God.
After Malachi 1 tells the priests how they have failed, Malachi 2 tells the priests what God expects them to do:
1 And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you. 2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart. 3 Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it. 4 And ye shall know that I have sent this commandment unto you, that my covenant might be with Levi, saith the LORD of hosts.
God says “If you won’t offer the correct offering, then I will bring judgement on the priests who pollute my sinless offering.” And that’s what they do when they preach a false Jesus — they pollute the offering of God.
5 My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me, and was afraid before my name. 6 The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity.
What is the law of truth? God’s law. All down through the age, some portion of the priesthood has kept the law, taught the truth and turned many away from iniquity:
7 For the priest’s lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth: for he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts.
There are two points here — the priest should keep God’s word and his law. And the people are to go to the Levites and seek that knowledge. Now instead of that in Christendom today, many priests and ministers who deliberately do not keep knowledge, do not keep the word of God, and preach something else — and they get away with it because the people do not come to them and ask for The Word — they simply sit there in the pews and say nothing, ask nothing, rebuke the priest about nothing, and let him preach the falsehoods. They both deny their responsibility and turn away.
We have 300,000 men in this nation who have been ordained — and they claim to be the messenger of God. And God says here that’s what they are. Our problem is that they are not carrying the message. And since they don’t have the message, they make up one from their own minds, not from the Bible.
8 But ye are departed out of the way; ye have caused many to stumble at the law; ye have corrupted the covenant of Levi, saith the LORD of hosts.
How have they departed out of the way? They teach the Law in error or wrongfully. And the covenant of Levi was that the priest would be the messenger of God.
We have seen recently a crying out against the civil servants who are not keeping their oath and obeying the Constitution of the United States. We say they should be impeached, removed from office. But what about the ministers who have promised that they would be the messenger of God and they are not doing it? Are they not worse than the government civil servant?
Which is worse — a politicians who doesn’t claim to be a messenger of God — or a priest or minister who claims to be a messenger of God — and then teaches all sorts of falsehoods that are not in God’s word? If the ministers were teaching God’s word, we would have men in the civil service who knew Bible law and would keep it as the law of the nation. First thing’s first.
9 Therefore have I also made you contemptible and base before all the people, according as ye have not kept my ways, but have been partial in the law.
How did they not keep God’s ways? They have been an adversary to the law.
10 Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?
When a preacher ignores the covenant that God made with our fathers, you are dealing treacherously against your brother. Every minister that stands before Israelites and denies — or refuses to teach — the covenants that God made with our fathers is dealing treacherously with the Israelites in his congregation. Treachery or an act of betrayal — another word for it is treason.
A minister who denies God’s covenants before Israel is committing treason against Israel and against God. That’s how serious this situation is. God will allow for his sheep being in error, but God Almighty has the greatest condemnation for the man who says “I am a messenger of God. Listen to me,” and then preaches another message. And God says here that that man is a traitor to the House of Israel.
Everything God does is because He loves Israel — don’t ask me why — we’re not so great.
2 I have loved you, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, Wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob’s brother? saith the LORD: yet I loved Jacob, 3 And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.
This new international Genocide Treaty — where you can be charged with an international crime if you degrade any other ethnic or religious group. If I preach that God loved Jacob and hated Esau, I would be guilty of genocide if that treaty is approved by the United States. Anything you preach out of the Bible, you’d be guilty of genocide because God has a preference for people — God prefers Israel over Esau-Edom.
Many New Testament Christians may say, “I don’t like that. I don’t think God is like that. And I don’t think God should do that.” And they might begin to question God, but before you do, turn to Isaiah 45:
9 Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands? 10 Woe unto him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth?
You may question loving Jacob but hating Esau, but you better not question God about it. God does as he will. We are the clay — we are the creation and God is the creator. We have no authority to question anything that God says or does.
6 A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the LORD of hosts
If you’ve ever studied the law of nations, you would know that the law of any nation parallels the religion of that nation. Our law should be from the God of the Christian Bible, and it was at our beginning, but it no longer is. According to God in these verses, this is caused by the priests who cause people to stumble before the law and corrupted the covenant of Levi.
10 Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?
This is a very grave charge against End Times ministers and preachers in Israel, and it cannot be explained unless the person hearing the explanation understands that we are the Israel people. If they think that the Jews are Israel, then they think that God is keeping his covenant by, for instance, taking the Jews back to old Canaan land and building them up in a nation. But if we are Israel, then they have not taught our people of the covenant.
And there are a number of ways these preachers can profane the covenant of Abraham, Issac and Jacob — the Israel fathers. One, they don’t teach the law at all. That’s very effective in profaning or silencing the covenants. Or they teach that they aren’t important — by teaching only the New Testament. Many of them claim that the covenants made with the Israel fathers are for Esau-Edom!
The Edomite Jews who have no ancestry in the land of Israel at all — and they claim that that covenant is for them, and yet of Esau-Edom God calls them the “border of wickedness” and the “people against whom the Lord hath indignation forever.” And yet most of the ministers in America claim that God’s covenants are with Esau-Edom.
The ministers also teach that God cancelled the old covenants when the Jews rejected Jesus as the messiah. Some of them also teach that the covenants and promises were fulfilled in the old land prior to Christ, of course, that serves to nullify your interest in the covenant. Why would you be interested in something that’s already fulfilled two or three thousand years ago?
They also teach that the covenants were important before Christ, but that when Christ died, He cancelled all the old covenants and we are only under a new covenant. The new covenant is a covenant of the law — Jesus will write his law in our hearts and in our minds. If you read the covenants with Abraham, Issac and Jacob, those were unconditional covenants. It was the Law Covenant at Sinai which was conditional, which said “If you obey, I will do such and such….”
God was the only party to the Old Covenants with our fathers. It doesn’t matter what we do, God is going to keep his word to Abraham, Issac and Jacob. There isn’t a single mainstream minister that doesn’t profane or put aside the Old Covenant using one or all of these methods.
They are traitors in the pulpits, and they are in thousands of churches in America. Most ministers on television and radio teach that the old covenants are to be fulfilled in the Jewish people whom we know to be descendants of Esau-Edom, and not Jacob-Israel.
11 Judah hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination is committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the holiness of the LORD which he loved, and hath married the daughter of a strange god.
Judah has gone a-whoring after another God — they have insinuated another God in Israel by using the name of our God — Jesus Christ — but attributing to him things that he does not have or ever claimed to have, so they’ve actually installed another God. Millions of our Israelite brethren go to a place where they cleave unto that Jesus Christ which is not the Jesus Christ of the Christian Bible.
12 The LORD will cut off the man that doeth this, the master and the scholar, out of the tabernacles of Jacob, and him that offereth an offering unto the LORD of hosts.
Those who receive the judgment are the “master and the scholar”. God does not condemn the people in the pews for corruption of his word like he lays the blame of those who claim to know it and teach it.
Many of them have convinced our people that if you want to talk to God, you call up Oral Roberts and have him talk to God. It’s a pagan religion that says you must go and have someone else besides yourself contact God for you.
Jeremiah 23 confirms Malachi:
1 Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD.
Israel is the sheep of God’s pasture:
2 Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD.
What would drive away Israel and scatter the sheep more than for a minister to stand up in front of those sheep and say, “You are not Israelites. You are Gentiles. Those other people over there who hate your Christ, they are Israelites, they are God’s chosen people.”
I have been told by many people who left the church because they could not understand a God who would choose as his chosen special people a group of people who were dishonest, who lied, who cheated in business, and who profaned the name of Jesus Christ. Those ministers were driving those Israelites away from the God of Israel by telling them “Oh, you’re not Israelites, those other people are.”
Jeremiah:
3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. 4 And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the LORD.
God is going to gather his people away from the false shepherds and set up other shepherds over them.
Malachi 2:
12 The LORD will cut off the man that doeth this, the master and the scholar, out of the tabernacles of Jacob, and him that offereth an offering unto the LORD of hosts. 13 And this have ye done again, covering the altar of the LORD with tears, with weeping, and with crying out, insomuch that he regardeth not the offering any more, or receiveth it with good will at your hand.
They offer this false Jesus while weeping and crying out. We’ve all seen this where the minister weeps and cries out, “Praise the Lord!” Putting on a tremendous show for their love of their Jesus.
They are teaching that their Jesus is going to come and snatch them off in their Rapture and going to turn the world over to an anti-Christ. And if you don’t come down to the altar and cry with them, their Jesus is going to send you to hell and burn you in fire forever and ever. Is that the Jesus of the Bible? No, that is another Jesus.
The truth is we don’t believe in their Jesus — they have a different Jesus. The vast majority of End Times ministers today teach a false Christ. All they say is that they love Jesus and they are waiting for the Rapture.
14 Yet ye say, Wherefore? Because the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously: yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant.
It sounds as if God is condemning them of some sort of adultery in their marriage contract, but is it?
15 And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.
God is not accusing the priests of committing adultery and betraying their earthly wives. The accusation in verse 11 that they have married the “daughter of a strange god” but Levi remained faithful (Malachi 1: 4-6). Levi was married to truth and God’s law, but he betrayed the “wife of his youth” which is the true gospel and doctrine of Jesus Christ. This is a warning that the priests have committed adultery, not with their physical wives, but with the truth that they once had and were faithful to.
16 For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away: for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.
Referring to the marriage laws, we are told that God hateth for a man to put away his wife. And yet these people have put away their first love, which was truth and righteousness, committing whoredoms by worshiping other gods.
17 Ye have wearied the LORD with your words.
All these denominational churches ever do is speak words. There’re no fruits, no works, no correction, rather just a continual prattle about “Oh, how we love Jesus.” Yet James tells us that faith without works is dead.
18 Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?
Ministers have quit condemning wickedness in the wicked. They will talk about sins, but invariably they will say, “But God loves them.” They say, “God hates the sin but loves the sinner.” Like the liberals who say, “They’ve chosen another lifestyle.” And then they condemn the Christians who are trying to separate themselves from the wickedness.
They even justify a whole people and a whole nation — the Jews in Israel — who condemn and blaspheme Jesus Christ and commit war against their neighbors, and murder innocent women and children, and justify it, saying “Oh, that’s all right. They are God’s chosen people.” When the Jews were invading Lebanon, reports were coming out of the Jews driving people into these “refugee camps” and then bombing the refugee camps. And on the religious television stations, Jimmy Swaggert, or Paul Crouch, or Hal Lindsey were praising the Jews — that they had to do this to stop the killing of people in Israel.
Which words weary God the most? The ones where you say that those who do evil are good in the sight of God.
Jeremiah 23
11 For both prophet and priest are profane; yea, in my house have I found their wickedness, saith the LORD.
Where is the wickedness done? In the streets, back alleys, and foreign lands? No, it’s done in the churches.
13 And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied in Baal, and caused my people Israel to err.
[See our series on “Baal Worship In America”].
14 I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness: they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah.
They teach and preach that these evil wicked people — the Jews and Israelis — are God’s chosen people, and don’t you say anything against them, or God will curse you. They strengthen the hand of the evil doers.
The anti-Christ Edomite Jews who are taking control over all the true Israel nations could not last sixty days in that control except that our preachers teach that they are God’s chosen people. If the American people were told by their preachers that the Jews were descendants of Esau-Edom, and we are Israel, and they therefore are the enemies of Jacob-Israel, they would lose all positions of control in only sixty to ninety days.
Their protection and their power over us is their false identity as God’s chosen people. And where do they get that? From the ministers who strengthen the hand of the evil doers.
15 Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land.
It is from the priests that the corruption has gone throughout the land of Israel.
Malachi 2
17 Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?
They put aside the God of Judgment. Our people are asking, “When will God bring judgment on the wicked? Isn’t God a God of Judgment? Won’t God get rid of these wicked people?”
Yet He allows them to retain their power over us. Why? Because we are in sin and iniquity. Because we are worshiping a false god and not turning to righteousness. Ministers have put away the law, so the God of Judgment has been pushed aside. We don’t even know he’s a God of Judgment.
Malachi 3:
1 Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
There are two things coming : a messenger and the Lord called the “messenger of the covenant.”
2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:
It’s not going to be a day that many people will enjoy.
3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness.
Despite the condemnation of the unrighteous offering — the polluted sacrifice — God is going to correct this.

Know the occult symbolism the hand signs they use. Once you know that, it becomes easy to spot the false Christians, the heretics those claim to be man of god but do occult symbolism. If i were a Priest in a church i would educate those that attend the church the occult symbolism of the antichrist, the hand signs they use how to spot them. An example is hand over one eye either with hand or object, not just symbolism but the particular numbers they use like 3 and 6

I’ve spent the last several days reading many odd the articles on this site. I’ve found the articles and comments alike to be enormously beneficial, as well as confirming of some of the conclusions I’d arrived at.
I’m hoping someone can help to provide me with some insight regarding the Law. This may seem a relatively small matter, but as it says in James 2:10 – For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
Does Peter’s vision in Acts 10 imply the literal removal of dietary restriction, or was the cleanliness of the previously unclean animals purely symbolic?
Christians For Truth
Joseph, we are glad to hear this has been a benefit for you. Please have a look at our faith category for more in depth Scriptural topics: https://christiansfortruth.com/category/faith/
As for dietary laws, Peter’s aversion to unclean foods according to the law of Moses was used as a metaphor for his aversion to non-Israelites. He considered non-Israelites not to be worthy of the Israelite covenants, and so considered non-Israelites to be unclean, just as certain food was unclean. Given that Peter’s vision was only a metaphor, we cannot say that his vision was meant to convey that certain foods had become clean.
However, the Lord says in Mark 7:18-23,
18… Do you not understand that whatever goes into the person from outside cannot defile him, 19 because it does not go into his heart, but into his stomach, and is eliminated?” (Thereby He declared all foods clean.) 20 And He was saying, “That which comes out of the person, that is what defiles the person. 21 For from within, out of the hearts of people, come the evil thoughts, acts of sexual immorality, thefts, murders, acts of adultery, 22 deeds of greed, wickedness, deceit, indecent behavior, envy, slander, pride, and foolishness. 23 All these evil things come from within and defile the person.”
We believe that the Lord has made it quite plain that food — whether clean or unclean according to the law of Moses — is incapable of defiling us and making us unrighteous. Although part of the lesson He has given is that the dietary laws are actually about something other than food. The dietary laws are about the condition of the heart, and we must be found to have hearts which are clean.
Paul confirms this in Colossians 2:20-23,
20 If you have died with Christ to the elementary principles of the world, why, as if you were living in the world, do you submit yourself to decrees, such as, 21 “Do not handle, do not taste, do not touch!” 22 (which all refer to things destined to perish with use)—in accordance with the commandments and teachings of man? 23 These are matters which do have the appearance of wisdom in self-made religion and humility and severe treatment of the body, but are of no value against fleshly indulgence.
Paul is saying that these laws are unable to bring about true righteousness, as they are of no value against fleshly indulgence — which leads to evil thoughts, sexual immorality, thefts, murders, greed, deceit, envy, slander, pride and foolishness. In other words, if someone resists eating an unclean meat, it doesn’t necessarily make them not greedy, or adulterous, or deceitful.
He says in Colossians 2:17 that these dietary laws are “only a shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to Christ”. The shadow of the law was refraining from certain foods which made us unclean, but as the Lord teaches in Mark 7, the fulfillment of the law is to have a heart which is clean and free from sin. Therefore, the fulfillment of the dietary laws and to keep them in spirit and truth, means something far greater than to simply not eat a certain meat. Thus as with all laws — great and small, to keep them in spirit and truth is always something far more than keeping the law in the letter.

You will find very much insightful and truthful information at the website entitled, “Age of Laodicea.com.” Blessings.

Hello “Truthseeker”, was the site you linked formerly known as ‘thinkoutsidethebeast’? It looks very similar.
There is an excellent article on there from a secular point of view that shows how the digestive system is essentially designed for those foods classed as ‘clean’ much more so that those classed as ‘unclean’.
There is also a philosophical discussion to how many of the ‘unclean’ food sources such as crabs, wild boars ect, are essentially ‘bottom feeders’ that go around and clean up the environment by eating rotten items. This discussion also includes how the ‘clean’ animals such as cows, sheep, and goats turn land that is essentially useless and just covered in grass into productive land for Adamkind.
After reading these views I personally concluded that a good way of viewing food was (1) suitable and (2) unsuitable instead of clean and unclean.
I still think it’s very good advice from the Father to stay away from eating the unclean/unsuitable things such as crabs, pigs, catfish etc, and stick to clean/suitable food items such as beef, chicken, fish with scales etc.
Thanks if it was you that composed that piece btw.

Those who don’t obey the gospel of Christ shall be damned. New wine must be put into new bottles, said Jesus. But the unregenerate say, the old is better.
Johan
A warning to those who think that knowing we have an enemy is the key to the Kingdom of God:
“Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.”
“Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.”
Paul was not one to speak in vain, as Christ confirms: “For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.”
John
While not the single key, its probably important. We all stumble in more ways then we can comprehend. If we ever tell ourselves, “i am without sin” then we are idolizing ourselves and letting ourselves be deceived by our own pride. Its also not an uncommon thing for God to turn His face from a righteous man so that they can see that no matter what, without God, our hearts are hopeless (2 Chronicles 32:31 as an example).
Just saying this because this knowledge could, or rather, should help keep people away from presumptuous sin (things like race mixing caused by preaching a false Christ, a false doctrine) and aid them in trying to use the knowledge to gain a more complete picture of scripture (understanding of prophecy, understanding of the Law). Although, it can often times have the opposite effect where instead of removing a portion of sin from your lives, it just replaces it with pride.
But, i did actually really enjoy this piece. I think they touched on some great topics too such as Israel’s common people being lead astray mostly falls upon the leaders (priests and kings) and God’s judgement is most harshly on them (however, if youre on this site, then God is calling you to know, in which case there is no longer an excuse at the judgement seat). I think we are making some progress as they said:
“Everything God does is because He loves Israel — don’t ask me why — we’re not so great.”
and also
“Yet He allows them to retain their power over us. Why? Because we are in sin and iniquity. Because we are worshiping a false god and not turning to righteousness.”
Maybe in part II/III they will finish off with a battle cry to abstain from sin and seek out the true bread, the true Christ.
Hendrick Lamb
I agree with you, John. It’s one thing to claim we should concentrate on our own righteousness and not onthe perfidy of our enemies, but it’s not practical in the real world.
The Jews, our eternal enemies, are the ones who define “righteousness” for 99% of Christians today–and if a Christian defines his own righteousness by how much he conforms to the desires of their enemy, then there is going to be very little genuine righteousness among Christians.
And that’s what Sheldon Emry is emphasizing–the sheep are being misled into worshiping a satanic version of Christ. How can a Christian be righteous when his “spiritual elders” and interpreters of the law are Edomite Jews?
Christians need to be reminded of and convinced of who their enemies are first–and once they are clear about that, then they can focus on nurturing their own true righteousness.
Johan
There’s no dichotomy here. However, the knowledge of the enemy will completely fail to bring about righteousness in and of itself.
Christ said, “…unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” What are the fruits of the Spirit?
Paul says, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.”
Peter says, “Therefore, brethren, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble; for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you.”
We may love our people better because we know they are our people, but unless the fruits of the Spirit are evident, the gate to the Kingdom is shut. This is not a light matter, but those who know the enemy all too often become confounded by their knowledge.
Again, beware. As Paul said, “Knowledge makes arrogant, but love edifies. If anyone supposes that he knows anything, he has not yet known as he ought to know; but if anyone loves God, he is known by Him.”
These passages were not written in vain, and the Scriptures cannot be denied. Paul said “those who received not a knowledge of truth are given to a strong delusion”. Do those who know the enemy imagine they have reached the truth in light of these Scriptures? If they do not exhibit the fruits of the Spirit, then they continue in their delusion. In the day of judgement, they will seek that righteousness again with tears.
Knowledge is deceitful in the flesh, because the things of the Kingdom are Spiritually discerned. The Spirit is all-important. It will bring about all knowledge in humility for those truly in Christ.
Hendrick Lamb
No one would seriously suggest that knowledge of the enemy or the identity of Israel in and of itself will make one a righteous Christian — that’s a strawman argument. If anything, the knowledge of Israel’s true identity — and the identity of the enemy — should ideally humble oneself, not puff oneself up with that “knowledge”. All too often, racial Christians want to bludgeon others with that knowledge and be pharisaical about points of doctrine–they are no different from the apostate judeo ministers. But flocks are easily misled, which is why condemnation of ministers and teachers is far harsher than their followers.
I have personally known some wonderful mainstream judeo-Christians who conduct themselves very well on a personal and local level; however, their ignorance of–and rejection of the truth–and their embrace of apostate Israel and edomites contributes to the sorry state of the world we find ourselves in today–as Israelites. They often adamantly oppose the truth on that level, much more so than many atheist liberals I’ve encountered. Thus, it’s not one or the other–it has to be both, ideally at least.
Johan
Sadly when many receive this knowledge, they entrench their heart in it, being full of anger and self-justification. In that way it works against them and by their actions, they assume their knowledge will bring righteousness. It brings no fruit of the Spirit. I mean no straw man, but it is what it is.
Paul is such a fantastic example, who through knowledge of the law, became a murderer, and thus said, “for sin, taking an opportunity through the commandment, deceived me and through it killed me”. What hope do we have in the flesh? Paul’s antidote then is “the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace” (My point may be more appreciated by reading Romans 7 and 8, if it seems pleasing for any to do so).
I understand what you mean about Christians who still insist on supporting the enemy. I myself am especially sad over a few, who seem to have no excuse but to succeed. But their hearts will be tried, whether they are in the flesh or Spirit. We are all on different parts of the journey, but let us all journey so as to reach the destination, not letting the flesh find occasion to lead us to sin. Whether we become self-righteous over apparent kindness, or over knowledge of the enemy, each will be tried.
What an easy path we have though, who do have knowledge of the enemy? It seems like such a small step to take further, to embrace the sanctifying work of the Spirit in our lives.
John
I wasnt really trying to combat what Johan said, but add to it.
I think that we should seek the true bread first , the true Christ first, and the rest will be revealed. Knowledge of the jews and their treachery should help us find the true Christ, but i dont think its a precursor to getting sin out of our lives..
I think its possible for someone to lead a righteous life without ever becoming jew-wise. Will they ever be perfect in their knowledge? no. But id rather be around a judeo-christian who doesnt watch porn, raises good children, is respectful, and coincidentally stays homogenous than an Identity Christian who looks down on their judeo brethren, drinks too much alcohol, and causes a fuss wherever they go because they see too many blacks. Not saying either is the general archetype of their associated doctrines, but im just drawing realistic contrasts based on personal experience.
Hendrick Lamb
I didn’t mean to suggest that you were combating Johan–and what you added to his comments was helpful and necessary for clarification as it is not an either or situation here: knowledge vs. righteousness.
Johan
Ah, in that case, allow me clarify…
It is not simply righteousness which I am referring to, although righteousness is certainly a sign of this condition. What I am referring to is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, which performs a sanctifying work in us with Christ.
This indwelling has certain signs, as Paul summarises in Galatians 5. It is not the signs which lead us into truth, but the indwelling. However, the indwelling is not there if the signs aren’t there.
If the Spirit is there, performing It’s work through us, then this is greater than all knowledge, without question, as we will inevitably be led into all knowledge.
However, many seek righteousness on their own terms in the flesh. Those with knowledge of the enemy seek righteousness therein, but where is the Spirit with its signs? Those without the knowledge, seek easy righteousness by ministering to beasts. In such instances, success defeats them, as in their own righteousness, they take pleasure in unrighteousness, which is not true love (1 Corinthians 13).
So it is not a matter of knowledge or righteousness, but the seeking of the Spirit which teaches all things, and through Christ, It will teach us wonders we did not know we did not know.
Is this knowledge a necessary step on the journey? Absolutely. Is it the final step? Absolutely not. Again, this is no straw man, as I have seen many from across the world fall by this knowledge.
Hendrick Lamb
Thanks for the clarification, Johan. So you are saying that some people who receive the knowledge of the true identity of Israel may become full of anger and “self-justification”? Could you offer some concrete examples of that, and how that would manifest itself with some specific examples? That would be helpful.
Johan
Certainly. A primary symptom of self-justification is an inability or resistance to accept the plain words of Scripture.
Some see their knowledge as a means of pleasing God for the sake of financial gain and blessing. They lose faith in the truth and who the enemy is, because their financial blessing doesn’t come. They then try to find ways to make their blessing come about. Sometimes they trample their brethren to extract the finance they think they deserve.
As mentioned, some see the knowledge as the end goal. They never grow, only seeking to learn more detail about the enemy, never showing fruit of the Spirit. Typically these become puffed up and angry at their brethren who don’t believe as they do. Sometimes they see their knowledge as their divine calling, and so to suggest they are not as filled with the Spirit as they think they are becomes an attack on their self-righteousness. In such cases approval from men — and success — can be particularly damning.
Of each of the above examples, I have seen many.
Consider the parable of Lazarus and the rich man, and the parable of the good Samaritan. Each of these is an evangelical parable directed and lawyers and Pharisees who justified themselves. The aim was to get them to understand their own pitiable condition, being puffed up in their knowledge.
Is it a hard thing to imagine that knowledge of the enemy can’t in itself bring about salvation or an indwelling of the Spirit? I imagine it would be easy to affirm the fruits of the Spirit, as this theme is overwhelming in Scripture.
On the positive side, if we combine this knowledge with true Spiritual wisdom and Spiritual fruit, then “will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them?”
Clearly we are missing something, else He would not delay. The truth is simple, but it is Spiritually discerned.

Hi Johan,
I really appreciate this comment. That being said, probably the strongest reason I continue to come to CFT is that they don’t teach or support the teaching of Once Saved Always Saved. In CI terms — “All Israel will be Saved”.
I came out of the Judeo-c.hristian church simply because I realized such a teaching was heresy. But. it is very, very hard to find others who teach and believe the same. The true gospel is practically extinct. I believe John Wesley was probably the last public man who taught soteriology correctly.
I found a man who wrote many books refuting this heresy. His name is Malcolm Lavender. He also now has a NT translation which I believe is worth having on your shelf.
http://www.lavendersnewtestament.com
Two great books if you can get him to send you a copy — “The Fallacy of the Sinning Christian” and “He Offered Himself; or Priestly Sacrificial Atonement.”
What you say is so important. We can still get off the Narrow Road which leads to Eternal Life.
Something I stumbled upon over a decade ago was “Marriage”. What is it? How does one achieve it? And who is eligible for marriage.
This will be hard to accept — Matthew 19:11. But I would appreciate your insights if you have some time.
This is what got me kicked out of Finck’s group/forum. It’s ironic because it was Bill who got my attention initially when he said, “marriage happens in the bed”.
I appreciate your comment!
Cheers.
John
Hello westwins, I’m not Johan, but I’d like to take a stab at this.
The joining of the flesh to become one flesh is achieved by intercourse. This, to me, is confirmed by Paul when he said that when you (a Christian, a portion of the body of Christ) take a prostitute, you’re joining her flesh to Christ. Then also with Jacob and Laban’s deception.
Also, traditionally throughout our people’s history, a marriage is only valid once consummated.
Now, regarding if anything other than death can allow a woman to remarry, I would say the answer to that is yes. Matthew 5:32 says that if you divorce your wife for any reason other than sexual immorality, then you cause her to commit adultery (because the assumption is she will remarry). Now, I believe that this means that if the man commits sexually immoral acts, then the woman would be free to remarry if a divorce takes place. Notice that it doesn’t state that the woman is the only one capable of committing sexual immorality. It says “for reasons except sexual immorality”. This doesn’t specify a party. It’s not a one way street. If a man commits sexual immoral acts, and a divorce happens, the woman can remarry without guilt.
Even though sexual immorality is punishable by death in the law, death in the flesh hasn’t taken affect unless we lived in the OT times and the man was put to death (in which case a divorce is not needed). I also don’t buy the argument of committing sins that lead to death (but death not taking place) isn’t the answer either. Because Jesus only specified sexual immorality and didn’t say “except for reasons of murder, or idolatry etc” he just said “sexual immorality”.
Where it gets hairy, is that Jesus said also that (Matt 25:28)”if you look upon a woman with lust you have committed adultery”. But, I don’t think that applies to v32. That sort of defeats the point of the stance Christ was taking against the Pharisees.
Regarding if Paul would accept someone, accept a couple born from this presumptuous (or lack thereof) adultery. The answer again is yes. Again, Matt 25:32 is the answer. Adultery is a form of sexual immorality and grounds for divorce. So, committing adultery joins you to the other person and marries you to them and is grounds for divorce. if you have sex with them again, you’re not committing adultery every time. Only if you changed partners again (now, if you’re going around having sex without wanting any commitment to that person, that is imo fornication).
An example of this is when Absalom took David’s (his father’s) concubines. They committed adultery. When Absalom was killed and David returned, he never had sex with those concubines again and they were left widows (implying that their last husband was Absalom).
Chesterton
John, vis a vis (Matt 25:28)”if you look upon a woman with lust you have committed adultery.”
The preceding verse is important because it includes the phrase “it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery, BUT….”
It as if he’s saying that the Old Law was do not commit adultery BUT I say even the man who looks upon a woman with lust in his heart has already committed adultery. That’s different. It seems as if he’s clarifying or adding to this idea…beyond the simple marriage contract.
I wonder if this is a metaphor for spiritual adultery? Does this scenario presume that the man who is merely lusting after a woman is already married to another? Not really. When a man looks upon a woman with lust, isn’t that a form of idolatry–and that is a violation of the First Commandment to not love any other God than Yahweh?
John
Chesterton,
Thanks for the reply.
Personally, I don’t particularly know if the man in v28 is supposed to be presumed to be married or not. I could see it being both ways. And I don’t think either detracts from what Christ was attempting to get across.
But, if the man is presumed to be married, then of course, the man has sinned in his heart against his wife. I think this is why something like porn or provocative images are so dangerous.
If the man is not presumed to be married, then I suppose if a man looks on another woman with lust they may be drawn away by idolatry.
But, what Christ was doing was taking the level set by the Law, and cranking that waaayy up. Like He did v21-26.
To understand what Christ is saying in Matt 5:21-48 is really to understand the heart of the Law. To understand what the Law actually means. To have a clean heart and a clean mind in all that you do. It’s what will aid someone in having their righteousness exceed that of the Pharisees.
Paul gives practical instructions on this teaching. 2 Corinthians 10:5 “We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ” and Romans 12:2 “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is” and also 1 Corinthians 9:27 “but I discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified”. And James adds in James 3 the importance of taking your tongue.
We have to do our best to control our thoughts, master our bodies, and exercise self control in obedience to Christ in all that we do, think, and say.
This is what Christ was saying in Matthew 5 and how our righteousness can exceed the Pharisees. And we can only accomplish it, or have any success at all, with the Holy Spirit, Christ in you the hope and glory.
Johan
He says “committed adultery with her in his heart”, and He doesn’t say “they have become one flesh”. I believe that the very real and destructive ramifications of lusting after women who are not our wives makes the interpretation here simple.
Lusting after women inwardly is a terribly destructive habit, which even sears the mind physically. It leads to dissatisfaction with one’s own wife and all manner of self-justification against her. The disposition of a mans heart towards his wife becomes the disposition of a man who in his flesh adulterates against his wife. How can a man love his own wife and flesh if he lusts after others? If a man can’t see how destructive this habit is, then his heart is truly hard against love toward his wife and he becomes an adulterer against her in his heart. Conversely, a man whose heart and mind is free from adultery, is free to love his wife without reservation.
We have another witness to this interpretation in Matthew 5:21-22 which says, “You have heard that the ancients were told, ‘You shall not commit murder’ and ‘Whoever commits murder shall be liable to the court.’ But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be guilty…” 1 John 3:15 confirms and speaks of that judgement: “Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.”
Paul says of his work in 2 Corinthians 10:5 that he is “taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ”. David says in Psalm 19:14, “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my rock and my Redeemer.”

Hi John,
I wish you would have left your comment on the blog. I do not want to abuse my privilege of commenting here at CFT. This Article is not about marriage, so I do not feel it is my place for me to “teach” here.
I hope you will revisit my blog as I will address your comment there. But in summary, your theory is contradictory and incomplete. You admit yourself that “sex is the vehicle by which two flesh merge into one.” A non-virgin girl is “joined” to a man. Only death will break this union. But then you try to make a case that a woman can be joined to more than one man at the same time and it be righteous.
Your supposition is that a woman can be “joined” to more than one man at a time. There is not one example of a non-virgin girl joined to more than one man at the same time and it be righteous.
In order to back up your argument, you will need to provide the proper procedures and rituals necessary for a proper wedding ceremony. And the truth is you can’t. Because there are none. Sex is the marriage. Whether man agrees to that or not is irrelevant. But God recognizes that when a virgin girl has sex with a man, she becomes joined to that man. This is a heavenly marriage. Maybe not earthly….but most assuredly — Heavenly. Please check the blog in a day or two. I will dive deeper into your theory. Cheers.
John
Ill keep commenting on it here. I dont think its irrelevant to the topic of the post either because the post deals primarily with teachings of false doctrine and a false a bread. We are discussing doctrine and hence the substance of the Word. All of these posts are moderated, so im going to assume that CFT is giving us their blessing to discuss here.
Ill try to elaborate. 2 Samuel 20:3 is the example i already gave. It explicitly answers the question posed (is death the only way out of marriage for a woman). The concubines were joined to David, then they became joined to Absalom instead (despite David being alive still). Then, when Absalom died, David did not provide sex to them, so they died widows. I also quoted Jesus in saying that sexual immorality is grounds for divorce and then hence a lawful remarriage elsewhere. Death is clearly not the only means of a marriage being void, whether righteously or unrighteously.
My supposition is not that a woman could hold multiple husbands at a time and it be righteous. My position was a woman can be married to another man other than the first whom took her virginity, and that God (and hence his servant, Paul) would bless the union, provided they, of course, cease from sinning.
An example of a “righteous” union between a woman who was married to another man (who didnt die) but changed husbands is Michal (2 Samuel 3:13-16). She was first (actually) married to Palti, and then forced to leave her husband to be joined to David instead (because she was first promised to David).
Then you also have the woman at the well who Jesus acknowledged had (had, not currently has) multiple husbands, and he offered her salvation.
westwins
CFT is posting our dialogue. But I do not want to abuse this priveledge.
Reading this comment shows me that you obviously did not read my blog. I answer most of your objections.
In order to refute mine, you first have to explain my suppositions. This you have not done. Not even close.
Why did Joseph seek a divorce?
Why did Jacob wake up married to Leah?
Why did Tamar tear her robe of virginly and remain desolate in her brother’s house?
Paul says, “There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit….”
Question — Who is the unmarried???
Answer — the Virgin.
Why did Paul address Virgins and Widows in his answer to the Corinthians regarding their questions about marriage?
Lastly……….why would you NOT “sharpen iron” with me on my blog? makes no sense.
John
I did read your blog, twice. Ive tried to answer your questions and positions, but you dont really like what i have to say. Which is fine. Im not offended.
I didnt want to post on your blog because A) The conversation was started here. B) It felt a little bit like you (potentially) were soliciting CFT’s site to promote your own blog.
The truth is the truth, and we should be able to speak about the Word wherever.
To quote from your blog:
“I simply post this article as just one more ‘proofs’ of the ridiculous belief/claim that a non-virgin girl/woman is eligible for a righteous marriage to a different man.”
I gave you a specific example of how this has happened in scripture in 2 Samuel 3:13-16.
A righteous marriage IS ONLY a marriage between two that God brought together (Mark 10:9), and what God has brought together, man shall not separate. This is a match made in heaven. Heavenly. I think this is illustrated in 2 Samuel 3:13-16. God destined Michal and David to be together, to be married, but Saul intervened and married Michal to another. This was later rectified, and it wasnt done through the death Palti.
Clearly, Hosea and Gomer’s marriage was a match made in heaven, and their marriage went through what it did to achieve God purpose for the Word to aid in our understanding of His union with Israel.
Also, Paul never equates the unmarried to virgins exclusively. If being unmarried was exclusively virgins, he would have said virgins.. Going back to the woman at the well from John 4: “16 He *said to her, “Go, call your husband and come here.” 17 The woman answered and said, “I have no husband.” Jesus *said to her, “You have correctly said, ‘I have no husband’; 18 for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; this you have said truly.” “.
The woman at the well has had 5 sexual partners and/or sexual interactions, and the man who currently takes care of her, she has not had sex with him. She is currently unmarried. She had 5 husbands, but currently has none. It never says that she had 5 lawful husbands that died. Jesus was digging deep into this woman’s darkest part of her life to prove to her that He is the Christ. She was a fornicating adultness. Or maybe she was a rape victim 5 times and lives without sexual interaction mutually with another man. We dont know the details. But, Jesus never called her a widow either. The assumption should be that he prior husbands are not dead.
Anyway, the point is that you CAN NOT equate an unmarried woman to be exclusively either a widow or a virgin. A divorced woman is also unmarried. A raped woman is unmarried, etc. BUT, marriage is only achieved through sex. Death do us apart is the only righteous way that a righteous marriage ends. But to say that an unmarried non-virgin cant remarry righteously is completely not scriptural.

John…
You said — My position was a woman can be married to another man other than the first whom took her virginity
Ok……….explain to me “how” would she do that? How would she “marry”?
Her first husband is alive. And you say she can take a different husband.
Ok………………How?

John, we can assure you that westwins is not using CFT to lure readers to his own blog–he is a long-time reader and commenter here and has never promoted his own blog in any gratuitous way. If this is going to be a lengthy conversion on this topic, you should both continue it on his blog.
John
Westwins,
I see your post in the comments on your blog. If the Spirit leads me there, I’ll continue there.
It’s a little disheartening though, as my words are being misunderstood and/or taken out of context. I wanted to give you my insight (although, admittedly you didn’t ask for mine, but rather Johan’s) and maybe engage in fruitful discussion. I’ve given you my insight, and I was in return attacked and accused of not reading your blog, accused of not answering any of your questions, and accusing of being an advocate of polandry.

John….
You say — “But to say that an unmarried non-virgin cant remarry righteously is completely not scriptural.”
Ok John………….please explain to everyone “how” does one do that i.e., how does one have a righteous marriage?
Your answer will be SUBJECTIVE, and will always be SUBJECTIVE.
Why? Because there are NO instructions for a proper wedding ceremony in all Scripture.
Marriage must be ABSOLUTE. Why? The “sexually immoral” will not inherit the Kingdom of Heaven. Therefore, God better be very clear as to what constitutes ‘marriage’.
CFT………….this will be my last comment on this thread. Thank you for allowing the previous comments and I apologize for taking up your time in moderation. I think I found a very important ingredient to “why” our peoples have been deceived. I love my People and I want to see everyone make it to the Kingdom of Heaven. My intent is pure. Not to mention, I wish I was wrong. This teaching has brought me nothing but heart ache. Thanks.

Westwins, I am very sad over my Israelite brethren who don’t seem to be aware of the true Gospel of Christ and the sanctifying work of the Spirit. On the one hand we have kinsmen who have a particularly vexing tendency to seek righteousness in the flesh, constantly missing the true mark of the Spirit and divine nature.
On the other hand, there are such as you mention, who believe that their salvation requires absolutely no faith on their own part. They ignore the “cloud of witnesses”, who each had to act on behalf of their own faith in the heavenly tabernacle.
Somewhere on a continuum, these groups either see proponents of the true Gospel as either conceited and self-righteous, or lax in their keeping of the law of Moses. In either case, their consciousness is seared by the flesh. Paul beautifully sums up the exhortation to become one with Christ and the Spirit, “For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote to you with many tears; not so that you would be made sorrowful, but that you might know the love which I have especially for you.”
I would count you blessed to have been kicked out of that forum, as its leader is particularly lacking in the fruits of the Spirit. Christ says, “Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they?” Unfortunately by his gospel-destroying theology he has inoculated himself against this very verse, but those who are able to accept the simple words of Scripture without wordy and seemingly esoteric arguments understand the truth. All those who bare fruit in that place are cut off by its owner, being removed from a sickly vine, and become free to be placed in the vine of Christ.
The matter of marriage is a simple one, I believe. “For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.” Surely the consummation act even symbolizes this?
Unfortunately many fail the trial of selflessness, loving one another as their own flesh, and through circumstance and terrible pain, they decide to separate. It is such a harrowing experience on the spirit with unexplainable emotional pain, that those who experience it seek to justify their actions. In this way, they vex themselves, holding on to their self-righteousness and casting aside the plain words of Scripture. The irony and paradox is that there is great peace in accepting their pitiable condition and sinful acts, allowing themselves to be condemned.
As Paul says in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, “Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.” And John says in 1 John 1:9, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” In giving up our self-justification, we become justified by Christ.
I think in this matter Christ has a certain amount of accommodation, as it says in John 4:16-18, “He said to her, “Go, call your husband and come here.” The woman answered and said, “I have no husband.” Jesus said to her, “You have correctly said, ‘I have no husband’; for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; this you have said truly.”” Then let each love their current spouse as their own flesh, and let them be one flesh.

Hi Johan,
Very nice reply. Thank you. I would only add that if you use my “RUBRIC” and apply it to the story of the Woman at the Well, it explains it concisely.
Cheers.

Where might one find this “RUBRIC”?

Great Comment —
“…….but those who are able to accept the simple words of Scripture without wordy and seemingly esoteric arguments understand the truth. ……”
Amen!
Jesus said, “He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will reveal Myself to him.”
Since I came out of the Judeo-c.hristian church, I still have numerous acquaintances, not to mention family, and one of the popular themes in christendom is this idea of a “Personal Relationship” with Jesus Christ.
Sounds great; but their idea of a “relationship” is built on sand.
I say to them, “you want to know how to know God???”
Read — John 14:21. It is right in the passage! To “know” God is to keep His commands — “and I will reveal Myself to him.”
Something so simple but completely rejected and then twisted to mean something entirely different. People have the audacity to tell me I am “saving myself” or I am “Legalistic” when I say that I strive to “keep His commands”!
It is the perfect example in my opinion of the concept of “spiritual blindness”.
And 2 Peter 3:16
Cheers.
Johan
I know what you mean about the woman at the well, and I don’t disagree with your views on marriage. I believe that everyone in their lives being single, going forward, ought to follow it rigidly.
However, I don’t think we should resort to the letter in each circumstance. I think we all should consider what the letter ought to achieve and what love and righteousness it ought to produce. The law of marriage, as you state it, will produce a couple pure of heart and mind, protecting the family structure.
However, let’s say a man finds himself in a relationship where his wife was not a virgin and they’ve had children. Does he sin to keep her? Let’s say he put her away, and the children became part of a broken family, and the woman became emotionally broken. The man has followed an outward righteousness, focussing on his own journey, losing the law of love completely, destroying his own family.
Each one’s conscience may be seared by their prior sin, but they may sanctify one another, providing the necessary marital service to one another, in faith and love of Christ producing righteousness and goodness, especially for their children.
I’ve used an extreme example, but all I’m saying is, in theory it’s clear cut, but in practice the law of love surely ought to prevail.

A non-virgin woman is joined to a man. Sex with a non-virgin woman is Sexual Immorality — 1 Corinthians 6:15.
This is the situation I found myself in. The simple solution is simply to abstain from sex. It can be done, I am proof. And my wife agrees. We still share the same house and we are best friends.
“Eternity” is forever. This life is but a vapor in time.
Remember what Jesus said about this — “Only to those to whom it has been given.” Matthew 19:11
The irony here Johan is no Christian in their right mind would EVER say that to ‘marry’ a woman who is already ‘married’ would be acceptable to God. Not even Joel Osteen would say this!
But yet to say that it is ok to marry a woman who is “one flesh” with another man…………….this is acceptable. As long as you say “I do” or have a Certificate of Marriage by the court.
Be careful that which you recommend to others. You certainly do not want to “share” in that evil.
It can be done. I am proof and I know of others. Just abstain from sex. Especially if you have children. I do not recommend or encourage men to abandon their families over this. Just stop having sex.
Thanks for your input………..I really appreciate it. The majority simply ignores it.
Peace.
You are welcome to contact me privately. I have a protonmail email account.

Phew, admittedly I was surprised by your situation. You sure sparked some discussion between my wife and I. We are both thankful she was a virgin before our marriage.
I respectfully disagree with your 1 Cor 6 interpretation and even to the contrary believe it affirms your current marriage arrangement.
I can see you’ve thought about this a lot though, so I’ll probably have to leave a comment on your blog or get your email.

2. The house of Israel returned from Babylon with Ezra, Zerrubbabel and Nehemiah—Ezek. 47:13. “Thus saith the Lord God: This shall be the border, whereby ye shall inherit the land according to the TWELVE TRIBES OF ISRAEL: Joseph shall have two portions.”
After the return to Jerusalem Ezra commanded a sin offering for EVERY TRIBE OF ISRAEL, and he referred to them as “ALL ISRAEL.” Ezra 6 :16-17: “And the children of Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and the rest of the children of the captivity, kept the dedication of this house with joy, and offered at the dedication of this house of God an hundred bullocks, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs; and for a sin offering for all Israel, twelve he goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel.” Why offer for “all Israel” if it was only the Jews who returned from Babylon, and not Israel at all, as Anglo-Israelites assert?
kept the dedication- means attended the temple in respect to the sin offering.
Attendance was require or no sacrifice was necessary.
So ancient Israel is regathered a fact so often ignored. How is it that Jesus could say to the Israelite in ancient Palestine. The kingdom will be removed from you and given to another nation producing fruit there of. It says the kingdom is given to another nation of fruit producers. Another means another. Its not fleshly Israel.
This ought to prove to those who say the lost sheep are in a diaspora that they are not correct. All Israel returned as a remnant only. Let us now settle this matter with fact not personal attacks and name calling. How could a sin offering be made for the twelve tribes if they were not present? Its just not possible. Jesus sent his apostles to the lost sheep and they obeyed. So the lost sheep were present in ancient Palestine not trekking over bergs to British Isles. That make no sense at all.
John 3
Again, Russ, you are lying. The offering to “all Israel” isn’t proof that all of Israel was regathered according to prophecy–that’s absurd. If Israel were regathered at that time, then why did Paul command the disciples to go to the “scattered” sheep of Israel? Why? Because they were STILL scattered after the death of Christ. This theory of yours holds NO water. Enough.
Like all Judeo-Christians, you were lied to your whole life by your ministers who pumped you full of false doctrine, and even when you’ve been shown the truth, you defend these liars. Your doctrine is polluted with a false Jesus.
John
Its make relatively clear in the OT that partially the tribes of Judah, Benjamin, and Levi returned to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple (Ezra 1:5).
Why cant someone make a sin offering for someone else? Job, one of the most righteous men of the OT, he used to make burnt offerings for his children, by himself, just in case they sinned against God in their hearts.
” All Israel returned as a remnant only.” Even if this is your stance, which doesnt appear to be supported by the text, this still means that not ALL of Israel returned, but rather a remnant. The very fundamental implication of this is that the others who didnt return were still dispersed and lost.
John 3
Crickets….Russ has no answer, as usual….

It sounds to me like he’s saying that Yahweh or Yahshua aren’t the real names of God, or at the very least shouldn’t be used. Are you saying that Jesus is his real name? This is a perplexing article D. I have never had a problem with people using the name of Jesus Christ, but just because people call him that now, doesn’t mean they called him that when he walked the earth. It seems to me that the Jews would want us calling him by a name, that wasn’t really his name.
John 3
No, you misunderstood Emry’s point. He was saying that some people have used that verse in Malachi to claim that God is displeased with people who don’t call him by his “real” name, and Emry points out that that is NOT what the verse is about at all. He’s not questioning whether or not “Yahweh” or “Yashua” are real names or not–that’s a side issue that is not being addressed by Malachi.
And Jews often intentionally play games with God’s names, saying “Yeshua” instead of “Yashsua” for example. Or writing “Hashem” instead of “Yahweh”. God knows who his children are and are not, and he’s not going to ignore them because they use the “wrong” name for him.

The “rapture” Prophets for PROFIT “christian.zionists” are ANTI-Christ DEATH CULTISTS. God/Jesus put you in this LIFE to learn “soul lessons”, to increase your consciousness to the point of Redemption. Hagee and his Ilk REJECT the LIFE God gave you, and dangle a “shortcut” in front of people, just as SATAN dangled Temptation in front of Jesus. Do not follow the ANTI-Christ lies of FALSE prophets. There will be ONE Judgement Day, and NO ONE is going to “bypass” it by being “raptured”, that is a lie from Satan and his television IMPS. Their “shortcut” of cheating God’s lessons does NOT lead to Heaven, any more than cheating on school work teaches you the subject. Hagee, Robertson, the whole group, do NOT believe in anything except the MONEY they collect for leading their Flocks astray. From the Hagee church on down to Pat Robertson, it’s all ANTI-Christ. I don’t believe their savior would’ve approved of fat bank accounts & massive multi million dollar buildings. Christian institutions today represent the most perverse translation of Christianity. “FEEL GOOD” churches are Houses of Satan.

Great article.
Just two questions.
When does this End Time come to its end?
(Is it after Edom is destroyed?)
And, what comes after it?
(A White Christian utopia, or Judgement Day?)
Alberticus
Jesus said it will come like a thief in the night.
It will come when GOD is ready and leave when GOD decides to end it.
People will have to surf the storm through prayer and meditation.

The eschatological Schism of Jesus day and ours. Jesus did not call for weaponry to enforce the new age. Instead, he called Israel to lay down their weapons, to turn the other cheek in meekness. Rather than killing their enemies, Jesus instructed Israel to love their
enemies. In place of praying for vengeance, Jesus taught to pray for forgiveness.
Jesus lived and died for his in order to complete the ages. 1 Corinthian 10:1
Darby Bible Translation
Now all these things happened to them as types, and have been written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages are come.
For Jesus, the cross was the age-changing event. By going to the cross, Jesus inaugurates and initiates the end of the ages. So, Jesus fulfilled prophetic passages such as Isaiah
53 that predicted God’s suffering servant. God’s servant would undergo humiliation and
rejection. In total surrender not to Israelites living in sin but God and thereby launch the New aeon AGE.
Therefore before Pilate , Jesus states so plainly , “My kingdom
is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would fight, so that I
should not be delivered to the Jews” (John 18:36). Jesus would not start the New
age by calling twelve legions of angels to free him from the cross. The New age would
come only by his dying to the Old and being raised by God even through death.
Joel 2 and Acts 2 speak of the last days – of what? The old covenant of violence, no but a New Covenant of peace between Man and god and men and men. What an age its been this last one first received on Pentecost 2000 yrs hence. Not many of you will taste death till you see the kingdom come with power. Luke 9. They saw that kingdom so why can’t we?
Johan
Joel says, “It will come about after this”, but Peter says, “And it shall be in the last days”.
Joel 2:31 says, “The sun will be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood”.
This is an event after Christ’s sacrifice, as we can see in Revelation 6:12. Therefore, we should be careful to formulate our own ideas of “ages” which has no root in Scripture. Joel said it would be that day, but in that day Peter says it will also be in the last days. The Revelation easily confirms this.
Consider also Luke 17:20-21 which says, “Now having been questioned by the Pharisees as to when the kingdom of God was coming, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed; nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst.””
We do experience the Kingdom of God if we have partaken of the Divine nature, but we should not deny the Scripture which says in Revelation 11:15 says when the seventh trumpet has sounded, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ”.
The kingdom of Christ reigns, but it is not yet the kingdom of the world. But it must become the kingdom of the world! How then? Luke 19:11 says, “While they were listening to these things, Jesus went on to tell a parable, because He was near Jerusalem, and they supposed that the kingdom of God was going to appear immediately.”
He tells them how He must leave, and then He must return to take account of their labor and reward them accordingly. In John 14 He says, “I go to prepare you a place”. Then in Luke 12:42-44, “And the Lord said, “Who then is the faithful and sensible steward, whom his master will put in charge of his servants, to give them their rations at the proper time? Blessed is that slave whom his master finds so doing when he comes. Truly I say to you that he will put him in charge of all his possessions.”
In Revelation 20:6 it says of the remnant of Israel and martyrs of all nations (Rev 7), “but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with Him for a thousand years.”
Let us then consider that there must be a fulfillment of Israel, and a judgement upon the nations of the sons of Noah, from whom also will be many children of the Kingdom. There is indeed no need for weaponry, because the lawless one will be destroyed by the breath of His coming, at which time He will reign with His people. There is no eschatological schism of Jesus day and ours.
Johan
Deuteronomy 32:36 says, ““For the Lord will vindicate His people, And will have compassion on His servants, When He sees that their strength is gone, And there is none remaining, bond or free.”
Daniel 12:7 says, “as soon as they finish shattering the power of the holy people, all these events will be completed.”
Matthew 24:30 says, “But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory.”
When the power of Israel is broken in the world, then the end will come. This outright disproves the false prophecy that the geopolitical entity known as “Israel” along with its “jews”, which strengthen day by day, are the true Israel of Scripture.

That Hagee person is a blatant fraud using religion to support the warmongering death and destruction against of the Communist-Zionist Jewish supremacists who are wreaking havoc on America…

Paul was greatly misunderstood because he preached grace was greater than our sin. It was not a sinning religion that he was pushing but giving mankind hope that no matter how great the sin God’s grace was greater and therefore there was hope for any man. He spoke clearly that “sin should be exceedingly sinful….but grace would conquer that sin….how? Because of the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross and finally His glorious resurrection.
