Marie Jean Pierre, a dishwasher who worked for Hilton Hotels, won the ghetto lottery with the help of her jewish lawyer, Marc Brumer, as a jury awarded her $21 million because she had to work overtime on Sundays and missed church:
But a cap on punitive damages prevents her from receiving anywhere close to that amount.
Marie Jean Pierre, who worked as a dishwasher at the Conrad Miami, sued Virginia-based Park Hotels & Resorts, formerly known as Hilton Worldwide, in 2017 for violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The landmark law bans employment discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
The award was filed on Tuesday with the U.S. District Court in Miami. The jury also found she was due $35,000 in back wages and $500,000 for emotional pain and mental anguish.
Pierre, 60, is a mother of six and a member of the Soldiers of Christ Church, a Catholic missionary group that helps the poor, her attorney said.
Pierre said in the lawsuit that she informed the Conrad Miami from the beginning of her employment that she could not work Sundays because of her religious beliefs.
“I love God. No work on Sunday, because Sunday I honor God,” Pierre said Wednesday to NBC Miami.
Her lawyer, Marc Brumer, said Hilton argued in court that it was unaware Pierre was a missionary, and never knew why she always wanted Sundays off.
In 2009, she alleges the hotel scheduled her to work on a Sunday, according to the lawsuit. She says she told her employer she would have to resign, but in an effort to persuade her not to quit, they accommodated her request until 2015.
Sometime in 2015, the kitchen manager at the Conrad Miami, “demanded” Pierre work Sundays, the lawsuit states and for a short time allowed her to swap shifts with other coworkers to have the day off.
On March 31, 2016, Pierre says she was fired for alleged misconduct, negligence and “unexcused absences,” according to the lawsuit.
Although there is a cap on punitive damage awards in federal court, Pierre’s attorney said he expects she will receive at least $500,000.
“I asked for $50 million, knowing that I was capped at $300,000,” Brumer told NBC News on Wednesday. “I didn’t do this for money. I did this to right the wrongs.”
If this dishwasher had been a White Christian, the jury would have awarded her nothing, and it’s doubtful that a jewish attorney would have even taken the case. And the fact that her jewish attorney cynically asked for $50 million shows just how corrupt this entire legal circus show is. There are probably millions of White Christians who have been forced to work on Sundays now that Jews firmly control the economy. Not too long ago in America most businesses completely closed on Sundays, but now most remain open. What changed, goy?
Even if this Black dishwasher receives half a million dollars, this case is still outrageous, but the Jews are masters at creating victims out of their greedy clients. They continue shake down the German government for billions of dollars in so-called victim reparations for a war that ended 75 years ago, so getting a stack of cash for little Black church ladies is small potatoes. And even though Blumer claims he didn’t do this for the money, no doubt he’s going to take his 30% of the settlement as a fee, even if it meant having to defend the rights of a “Christian”.
Congratulations to the Lawyer, I was in a same situation for over a year my former employer Compell me to work on the sabbath caring for her wheel chair bound mother , after I told her from the beginning I can’t work on the sabbath. I never get paid for over time or ever I get a vacation or eny form of medical insurance for the five years I was there up until November of twenty eighteen when I got hurt on the job and have to leave.from that I’m home sick and unable to work. They never call to see how I’m doing. I’m planning to take them to court but I’m very scared of my life.

If she had been White, the Jew lawyer and the court would have told her that if she chose not to work on Sunday – no cause. What prevents her from getting a job at another hotel with another roster – that’s what freedom of religion is about if our social foundation is Masonry (and it is)? If she had been Muslim she would have won the jackpot for all that ‘compelled’ labour during prayer-time.
This incident is rife with ALL of the typical hypocrisies that plague our white nations. This is just another catalyst to perpetuate, and ratchet up, the black entitlement scourge.
I wonder how many Blacks were sitting on that jury that awarded her this ridiculous settlement.
What’s absurd about this whole lawsuit is that if going to church on Sunday was so important to this woman, she could have easily quit and found another dish washing job that didn’t force her to work on Sunday. She chose to stay working for this hotel years after she was “discriminated” against initially. What a farce.
