(Jewish Telegraph Agency) While a Jewish-Israeli singer who blatantly lied about being discriminated against by the hotel for being Jewish goes unpunished, a German man who left an innocuous comment about the singer on Facebook is going to prison for 7 months for “inciting hate” against Jews:
A German man has been sentenced to seven months in prison for leaving a hateful comment on a Facebook post about the case of Gil Ofarim, a German-Israeli singer who was charged with lying about an antisemitism incident at a hotel last year.
“In Buchenwald he would have liked to be seen with his Star of David,” the 38-year-old man from the German city of Niesky wrote on the account of TAG24, a German news website, according to a report by Radio Lausitz, a German news radio channel.
Buchenwald is the site of the largest Nazi concentration camp within Germany’s borders. The comment ran afoul of Germany’s strict laws prohibiting antisemitic speech, and the man’s previous criminal record also played a role in his sentencing, according to the report, which said an appeal was likely.
Pop singer Ofarim said a clerk had denied him a room at a Liepzig hotel because he was wearing a Star of David necklace.
Hundreds protested the hotel before Ofarim’s account was discredited when security video showed that he was not wearing a visible Jewish symbol at the time. He was later charged with crimes related to making a false allegation, although he has not yet been prosecuted.

“He wanted his entry to be understood in such a way that celebrities and contemporary witnesses regularly gave lectures in the youth hostel in Buchenwald and were welcome there. He got this impression when he visited the memorial. The post was meant positively, explained his defense attorney. The judge didn’t believe him. He spoke of a protective claim by the accused. The judge also saw the comment in the context of other entries in the published article.”]
The German man is correct — Jews wearing Stars of David are very welcome at Buchenwald and any other concentration camps, but since he wasn’t even wearing a Star of David at the hotel, all of this is irrelevant.
The British historian David Irving got in a lot of hot water for pointing out how it was the behavior of Jews themselves — like this lying Jewish-Israeli singer — that caused them to be put in concentration camps.
The official Jewish explanation about why they were put into concentration camps is that they were completely innocent, did nothing wrong, and have no idea why the Germans just hated them — and wanted to exterminate every last one of them — For No Reason Whatsoever™.
But Jews have been blatantly lying about the so-called Holocaust™ and Homicidal Gas Chambers™ — under oath in courtrooms — for over 75 years now — and not one of them has been prosecuted for slander or “inciting hate” against German people.
But many Germans at Nuremberg were executed and imprisoned based on those Jewish lies — and 75 years later nothing much has changed — Jews are still lying with impunity while Germans languish in prison for even questioning those lies.
So now this judge in Weißwasser chose to understand the German man’s Facebook comment in the worst possible way — which is what is demanded of anyone who makes any comment to or about Jews.
When it comes to “antisemitism”, the worst possible intent will always be presumed by the goyim who allegedly have a “lust for murdering Jews” — antisemitism is a “malignant disease in every European’s DNA.”
But when Jews like Ofarim lie about being a victim of antisemitism, it’s only because he may be suffering from second or third generation post-Holocaust PTSD which has shrunken his brain — literally.
The Israeli singer won’t be prosecuted because the German prosecutors know that they will be charged with “antisemitism” for not believing the singer made an “honest mistake” — he honestly believed he was wearing his Star of David — and it was visible to the hotel clerk.
Allowing Jews to get away with this kind of blatant hypocrisy will not end well for them — it only emboldens them to aggressively lie and create resentment against among the goyim.
No such thing as antisemitic and judges (who are supposed to be intelligent) know this which beggars the question “How much are the judges being paid to falsely prosecute?”

I seriously doubt most judges know that today’s jews are not real Semites. Most judges get their knowledge from the same books and television as the rest of society, and they are equally ignorant of the scams being done on all of us.
All Judges are members of the BAR Association and they swear an oath to the Temple Bar in the City of London (sovereign city state). The Judges know full well what they’re doing. The original 13th Amendment prevented anyone with a title of nobility of serving in government, including attorneys. Britain reconquered America a long time ago.
Since the Bankruptcy of 1933, all of our courts are Adminstrative (Trust) Courts. You can still access Common Law courts, but you you had better know what you’re doing.

All true, Steve, but that doesn’t mean the judges know who the Jews really are and who they are not. They are imposters, who have no connection to the tribe of Judah or the Old Testament. That’s the issue here.
Yes, the Germanic people are the Tribe of Juda from the Old Testament, no question about that. But I would say the vast majority of planet doesn’t know that.
But when you get into court, they’re not even speaking English. They’re speaking legalese. A society can a assign a meaning to any word it wants within their society. So, the Law Society, which most of us have unwittingly consented to be governed by and aren’t members of, has different meanings for words spelled the same in English. I’d have to look it up, but who knows what their definition of ‘Jew’ or ‘Semite’ actually is in their Law Dictionaries.
The best thing to do is never to contract with them and never go to court, unless you know the game. Even then, it’s best to avoid it.
One suggestion I would make to people is to put all of your assets in a Trust. That way if you have no assets, the court or anyone else can’t take them from you.
