(Jewish Telegraphic Agency) As the Jewish mass murderer and communist “revolutionary” once advised, “The best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves” — and that strategy appears to be exactly what is going on between “conservative” and “liberal” pro-Israel advocacy groups:
Pro-Israel PACs reported millions of dollars in donations in August, including from billionaire donors with long track records of giving to Israel-related causes.
Kraft Group LLC, the company owned by New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, gave $1 million to the United Democracy Project, the new super PAC affiliated with AIPAC, the powerhouse Israel lobby.
George Soros’ Democracy PAC donated the same amount to the J Street Action Fund, the PAC affiliated with the liberal pro-Israel lobby.
Kraft, a prolific donor to Jewish causes who gave $1 million to Donald Trump in 2017, is the sixth person to break seven figures in giving to AIPAC’s super PAC, joining WhatsApp founder Jan Koum and five others to donate at that level.
United Democracy Project spent over $26 million in Democratic primaries this cycle, making it the largest spender and one of the most active super PACs in the entire country. Its preferred candidates prevailed in seven of the nine congressional races where it spent money.
Meanwhile, Soros’ donation was the single largest to J Street Action Fund, which has spent $1.7 million this cycle, including $100,000 to Rep. Jamaal Bowman, a progressive who staved off a challenger in his New York district on Tuesday. (Pro-Israel donors had lined up behind one of his challengers, but AIPAC’s PAC did not get involved.) In July, Soros’ Democracy PAC reported a $1 million disbursement to Planned Parenthood Votes, Planned Parenthood’s PAC, and another $2.5 million to the Senate Majority PAC, which funds Democratic candidates.
AIPAC took aim at J Street Wednesday for accepting the donation from Soros, who is widely reviled by conservatives because of his support for liberal policies on immigration, criminal justice and more. Criticism of him frequently reflects antisemitic tropes about Jewish influence over global affairs.
“George Soros has a long history of backing anti-Israel groups. Now he’s giving $1 million to help @jstreetdotorg support anti-Israel candidates and attack pro-Israel Democrats,” the group tweeted Wednesday. “AIPAC works to strengthen pro-Israel mainstream Democrats. J Street & Soros work to undermine them.”
Soros is a longtime supporter of J Street, which advocates for Israel to relinquish lands as a means of achieving a two-state solution and is reviled on the right as a result. The group obscured and downplayed Soros’ role as a funder more than a decade ago but subsequently acknowledged his support. Since then, criticism of Soros has become even more prominent among conservatives, including on the far right. The avowed white supremacist who murdered 11 Black shoppers in a Buffalo, New York, supermarket in May, for example, cited Soros as being “majorly responsible for the destruction of our White culture”; the 2018 shooter who killed 11 Jews in their Pittsburgh synagogue had demonized Soros on social media as well.
Right-wing Israeli leaders including former prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu have fiercely criticized Soros, and some conservative Jews have said their opposition to Soros is not affected by the fact that violent antisemites have cited him as a reason for their attacks.
AIPAC, too, batted down criticism over its tweet on Wednesday.
“Our tweet simply pointed out that J Street accepted a million dollar donation from a funder of organizations which are persistent and hostile critics of the Jewish state,” spokesman Marshall Wittman said in a statement. “To defend the Jewish state against those who fund its detractors is noble and just. To attack those who are simply defending the Jewish state against its most persistent detractors is grotesque.”
We can rest assured that it’s just a “coincidence” that both Kraft and Soros donated the exact same amount to their prospective PACs.
After all, if Soros were to donate more than Kraft, then that would “prove” that Soros has “more influence” — and the “antisemitic conspiracy theories” about Soros would get a boost.
But make no mistake — there will never be a so-called “two State” solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
According to 1947 declassified C.I.A. documents — even before the official founding of Israel in 1948 — the U.S. has been aware that the Jews intended to eventually take all of the Palestinian land for themselves — and had no intention of honoring any agreements about officially recognized borders.
However, mainstream political candidates — such as shabbos goy, Joe Biden — are allowed to advocate for a “two-State” solution to give the public the impression that there is a viable alternative to literally ethnically cleansing all Palestinians from land which the Jews consider part of historic “eretz Israel.”
But this public debate is no more real than “professional” wrestling.
And the Israeli Ministry for Military Affairs created a special “secret” unit whose task is to conceal or purge any documents — including eyewitness testimony from Israeli soldiers — related to the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians.
No Israeli will every be prosecuted for war crimes — and the IDF has brazenly bragged that it will protect literally “hundreds” of Israeli soldiers who could be prosecuted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes against the Palestinians.
The Israelis would never allow the Palestinians to have a sovereign nation because that would allow the Palestinians to arm themselves and control their own borders — and their imports and exports — which would include whatever armaments they felt necessary to protect themselves from further Israeli aggression.
And the Israelis will never concede or give back any square inch of territory they have already stolen from the Palestinians — there will never be a return to the “pre-1967 borders” — the main talking point of the “two-State” advocates.
Any Israeli leader that advocates any relinquishing of territory — per the Oslo Accords — will be given the Yitzhak Rabin treatment — extra-judicial assassination.
And any U.S. President that pushes Israel to accept any such land concessions or “peace” with the Palestinians will be run out of office one way or another, like Richard Nixon, or the one-term Jimmy Carter, or the scandal-ridden Bill Clinton.
I can’t believe it. Biden just promised to give Israel $100, 000, 000, 000 in aid claiming that it would be in old military equipment and allow defense industries to employee people to make new materials for our stockpiles as though he’s doing us and the world a favor. I first thought that the amount of money was $100,000,000. He wants us to believe it is not in money but in military aid. If you give away your lawnmower, you will need to buy another one to mow grass. So they will have to pay government contractors for more equipment, right? There was a time when the Congress and Federal Reserve claimed that the amount of a trillion dollars was such a vast amount to conceive that it would never reach a national debt over or near a trillion dollars. It’s almost becoming a nightmare to even live in this world because the common people have lost control of their leaders and political parties and ideals of morality. And Biden doesn’t act like he cares to consult anyone or Congress , but just making decisions because he intends to do it and necessary to protect democracy and freedom and defeat evil. We live in a dictatorship. He’s slopping money as he pleases where and to whom he pleases which happens to be the Jews. But in general, the leaders and Ambassadors of nations are supposed to enjoy something called diplomatic immunity. Not sure where Germany stands on that.
