Jewish Press Admits To ‘Downplaying’ The ‘Disproportional Triumph’ Of Jews In Business And Finance

(The Jewish Chronicle) A new article openly admits that the influential newspaper — The Jewish Chronicle along with the Jewish media in general — has had an unwritten policy of downplaying Jewish dominance in business and finance — instead emphasizing their public relations philanthropy — so as not to confirm the baseless “stereotype” of Jewish wealth and power promoted by “antisemites” everywhere:

…[The Jewish Chronicle], from the day it was founded 180 years ago, has maintained an ambivalent, almost shy, approach to finance and business.

The long association of Jews with finance, dating from the new freedoms provided by the Enlightenment in the late 17th century, has made Jewish newspapers and journals reluctant to recount the disproportional triumph of their fellow citizens in commerce.

There long has been a fear of feeding the stereotypes of Jewish bankers (and media moguls) running the world.

As an infamous 1841 tract by Alexander Weill put it, just as the first editions of the JC were rolling off the presses: “There is but one power in Europe and that it is Rothschild. His satellites are a dozen other banking firms; his soldiers his squires, all respectable men of business and merchants; and his sword is speculation.”

This toxic image of Jews in business is still as pervasive in the 21st century as it was when it was written.

At the height of the financial crisis of 2007-09, an article in Rolling Stone magazine reached back to an image first perpetuated by the notorious antisemite “Coin” Harvey by invoking the vision of global investment bankers Goldman Sachs as a great blood sucking “vampire squid”.

Former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn appeared to approve such a narrative when he endorsed the mural Freedom for Humanity by American artist Mear One in September 2012. It depicted tycoons of Jewish appearance playing a high-stakes game of cards on a table made up of the backs of the poor and oppressed:

A combination of the general reticence of British Jews to draw attention to themselves together with fear of feeding longstanding tropes made the whole practice of reporting on Jews in business perilous.

It is remarkable, when trawling the JC archives, how little is made of the Jewish families, sometimes referred to as the “cousinhood”, who played such a brilliant role in the earliest days of the City.

Instead, we read in the JC of those early financial and trading geniuses the Rothschild family, the Mocattos, the Montefiores, the Samuels, the Waley-Cohens, the Franklins and others as the benefactors and builders of the enduring institutions of British Jewry: the Board of Deputies, the United Synagogue, the Board of Guardians (now Jewish Care) and the Jewish Free School.

When the great rush of Jewish immigration from Eastern Europe began in 1881, it was these denizens of Anglo-Jewry who as the funders of the Board of Guardians stood at St Katherine’s Docks to greet the new arrivals.

In their commercial lives, they were also the great merchant families who had plied their wares in the 17th and 18th-century coffee houses, sowing the seeds of merchant banks such as NM Rothschild and the great stockbroking and commodity houses.

Their successors, Warburg in the 1930s (now part of Swiss bank UBS), and Goldman Sachs, which arrived in the 1990s, provided the scaffolding for the modern Square Mile.

The JC’s interest in the early generations was as good citizens, rather than financial titans. The penniless, uneducated, Yiddish-speaking generations whom the established Jews initially welcomed to these shores would in the late 19th and 20th century help build the British economy as we know it today.

There is not a sector of British business to which Jews have not made a contribution. Sir Marcus Samuel, later Lord Bearsted, was the City commodity trader and merchant who founded Shell, one of the world’s largest energy giants.

In manufacturing, Sir Arnold Weinstock built the General Electric Company which by the 1980s had become Britain’s biggest electronic and defence company.

Sir Isaac Wolfson’s Great Universal Stores (GUS) was suitably anonymously named; he was much better known to JC readers as the builder of the Central Synagogue on Great Portland Street.

His commercial legacy lives on in the shape of Burberry, credit checking group Experian, Argos and much more. It was knowledge of mail order, gleaned from the GUS legacy, which allowed his nephew Lord Simon Wolfson to build Next into a £10billion online and retail giant.

Names that were too Jewish were hidden. The Salmon and Gluckstein families chose to build their pioneering catering and food enterprise under the name J Lyons, a cousin and figurehead-chairman (my mother’s family) rather than their own.

Marks & Spencer was more written about in the JC as a company doing business with Israel bringing Jaffa oranges and much more to UK consumers than as a business. Its shares were, however, a core holding for Jewish mothers.

In the petrol and property world, Gerald Ronson, trading under the name of Heron, regularly appeared in the JC. But they were for his profound contribution to the safety of the British Jews through the Community Security Trust, as well as his support of Jewish education.

Even the less savoury tycoons were featured for their community rather than more notorious roles.

The late Robert Maxwell wickedly plundered the Mirror Group pension fund. But the tycoon played a big role in the airlift of Jews from the Cold War Soviet Union to Israel. Behind the scenes, Philip Green has been a stalwart of Jewish Care and other causes.

Jews are also pioneers in the digital economy. Tim Steiner is one of the founders of Ocado. Alex Chesterman is the genius behind the Zoopla property and Cazoo car trading websites.

If history is any guide, it is their contribution to the community, rather than commercial brilliance, which will make the JC’s headlines of the future.

That Jews lie about how successful they are was confirmed by a 2020 study conducted by Hebrew University in Israel — which showed that downplaying their success made them appear more honest.

Jews, of course, openly admit they love to brag about their success among themselves — and that’s why this article appeared in The Jewish Chronicle — not the Jewish-owned CNN which targets the clueless “goyim” audience.

The proof of unrivaled Jewish power is their ability — and willingness — to punish anyone who dares to publicly criticize just how powerful Jews are.

In 2019, a Cuban media company was forced to fire eight employees or airing a truthful segment that referred to George Soros as a “multimillionaire Jew” who was “the architect of the financial collapse of 2008.”

Recently, Jewish billionaire — Moshe Kantor — threatened all of Europe that if only one-third of the Jews left with their wealth, it would would a serious economic crisis — this would not be possible if the “antisemites” weren’t correct — that Jews have the power to destroy entire economies.

When former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, publicly stated that Jews were “disproportionately influential in business, professions, and sciences” — he wasn’t attacked as an “antisemite” because was praising Jews for their inordinate influence.

But Jews have always been very careful to polish their public image as “philanthropists” — but their philanthropy often goes disproportionately to Jewish causes or any radical left wing agendas that subvert and destroy the nations off of which they amassed their wealth.

The State of Israel engages in similar self-serving philanthropy — in fact, they’ve admitted that they regularly get involved in well-publicized “disaster relief” efforts to clean up their tarnished image from their ongoing ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians.

Philanthropic smoke screens aside, surveys show that Jewish wealth has become so obvious to such a wide swath of the public, that it’s become almost comical and insulting to deny it.

And contrary to what Jews often claim, “gentiles” are not “envious” of Jewish wealth and success — rather, “gentiles” merely disapprove of what Jews do while wielding the power that comes with that wealth and success.

    There was a tv show on ITV called “Chancer” back in the early 1990s. There was a jewish businessman that was portrayed as corrupt, greedy, and the main white character took advantage of that jewish businessman to get what he wants and save a company.     In order for a small number of Jews to dominate a much larger population of non-Jews they must control the money system. That’s why so many Jews gravitate toward money and wealth.

    Without their wealth, they could not shove their satanic agenda down our throats.

    And they know that Christians are taught to not value money the way Jews do, which gives them a huge material advantage.

    They laugh at the way Christians allow their sense of morality to hold them back from grabbing as much material wealth as possible.

    But at the end of the day, no matter how much wealth and power they have, the masses can turn on them in a split second, and they have.

    That’s why Jews are control freaks. They fear us. And they know we will eventually catch on to their shenanigans.

    100 years ago Henry Ford demonstrated in his book “The International Jew” how Jews dominated finance and business, and nothing has changed since then except that it’s gotten even worse, especially after WWII.

    That Jews need to “hide” this fact shows that they are still afraid of the “goyim”. That’s good. All Jews live paranoid lives, looking over their shoulders, wondering when the “goyim” will finally get tired of their machinations. In Europe, they can throw any of the “goyim” in jail for knowing about them and telling others. That shows their guilt.

    UK people have been robbed blind by robber barron jewish bankskers whose very existence is considered illegal under uk constitutional law. For these jewish banksters it’s not enough to take directly from the people, so they engage in massive fraud money laundering of public assets tax laundered via Finchley Road.

    A pic was provided by a profile on twitter; it shows those linked to Finchley Road fraud money laundering, like the BBC, whose many charities are bent and corrupt. Also jewish run vaccine firms use Finchley Road, so does Israel, OSSA, CIA, Wayfair run by Maxwell Sisters. Rothschilds use Finchley Road.

    Here is an article on the Finchley Road fraud money laundering story as exposed by Gordon Bowden, a man I met at a meeting, he has since passed away. It’s a pity he did not take his story elsewhere. Before I met Gordon, I kind of knew how scams work and fraud, but what he introduced to me took that to a new level.

    Those nightingale hospitals in UK run by admin firm KPMG, they were registered with Finchley Road, so after millions of public money spent on these field hospitals that saw few patients, they were withdrawn from service taking the money with them.

    It’s also got me wise to a company that bought a defunct aluminium plant called Orthios Eco Parks who did very little with the site. They obtained public money and grants. I looked up companies house many sub companies registered using the defunct aluminium plant including Orthios Hydroponics. I don’t think anything of the sort was done there, only general recycling. Those that worked there got fired without pay, and the company gone into admin to be dissolved. But they take all that money which has been laundered no doubt.

    Finchley Road in a mainly jewish area. The meeting I attended was about how a defunct mine is used as secret nuclear waste storage and as a money laundering conduit via fake mining company that mines no resources. He told the audience that there were people on the board of a nuclear firm and also the fake mining company. He obtained documents that offshoot galleries were created, so my region has been defrauded by massive fraud:
